Easy Returns in 4 Steps
Step 1
Email our customer service team to request a return. We will send you a return form and instructions. Please read all conditions carefully before sending your item.
Step 2
Complete the return form in full.
Step 3
Ship your order to the address provided on the return form (our warehouse in Hong Kong/China).
• Include the completed return form inside the package
• Use a shipping method with tracking
• You are responsible for return shipping and handling costs (unless the item is defective or damaged)
Step 4
Once we receive and inspect your return in acceptable condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly. Changes or cancellations are not possible after 24 hours from the time your order is placed.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If you refuse delivery or are unavailable after multiple delivery attempts and do not arrange redelivery, the package may be abandoned by the carrier.
In these cases, no refund will be issued.
Return Shipping Responsibility
• If the return is due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees
• If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, SÓLIDO will cover the return shipping cost
Delayed Deliveries
If your package arrives later than the estimated delivery window, you will receive a 7-day extension to request a return.
